Submitting a Custom Order Inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of your project or reserve a production date.

Once your inquiry has been reviewed, you may receive a detailed Custom Order Questionnaire requesting additional information regarding:

Shipping information

Production will not begin until:

Design details have been finalized.
Pricing has been approved.
Any required deposit or payment has been received.

Because custom wreaths are created specifically for each customer, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once materials have been ordered or production has begun.

Elite Wreaths reserves the right to substitute comparable premium materials when specific florals, greenery, ribbon, or decorative elements become unavailable. Any substitutions will maintain the overall style, quality, and approved design whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, foreign language wording, monograms, and personalization before approving their order. Elite Wreaths is not responsible for customer-provided spelling or translation errors after approval.
